A friend gave us John Lazar’s name to use as a realtor as we live out of town. Later we found out my father used him to buy a home in Turlock as well and was extremely happy with his work. John was always helpful, explained everything well, and got the house sold quickly which we appreciated. He explained what should be done to get the house ready and would let workers in as needed while we were fixing it up. He gave us the name of a contractor who was great and a gardener as well.
